Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Introduction

SystemsMaker, a DBA of FTP Travel LLC ("SystemsMaker," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you fill out our forms.
  • Business Information: Trade type, service area, and other details you provide about your business.
  • Public Business Information: To build your free website, or a sample site we show you, we read your business's public website and its Google listing (found from the business name and town you enter, or the link you give us). We use what is there, such as your services, photos, hours, contact details, and Google rating, to build the site.
  • Messenger Messages: If you message our Facebook Page on Messenger or comment on our Page's posts, we receive your messages, comments, and any photos or files you send, along with the name and ID Facebook shares with us (see Facebook Messenger below).
  • Payment Information: Payments are handled by Stripe. When you start a free trial or a paid plan, Stripe collects your card details. We don't see or store your full card number.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our website and automation services
  • Build your free website and previews from the details you give us and your public business information
  • Communicate with you about our services, including replies on Messenger
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Analyze website usage to improve user experience
  • Measure how our ads work, for example on Facebook and Instagram

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The one exception is the visit data that the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tags on our website send to Google and Meta (see Cookies, Analytics, and the Meta Pixel below). We may share your data only with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party tools that help us deliver our services (hosting, payments, email, CRM, analytics, AI tools that help write your website, SMS/voice providers).
  • Google and Meta: Website visit data from the tags described below. Messenger conversations also run on Meta's platform.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that only support this service (for example the SMS provider that delivers a message you asked for) is permitted. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to communicate directly with you about your inquiry or subscription.

SMS and Phone Communications

When you provide your mobile number and actively check a separate SMS consent box on a SystemsMaker form, you consent to receive SMS from SystemsMaker related to that request. The consent box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit a form or to buy. Current public opt-in points include the form on our SMS Terms page and an optional checkbox next to the phone field on systemsmaker.com/free-website. A claim page may also offer a one-time “text me this link” opt-in after you already have a preview.

  • Message types: site preview links, claim links, checkout links you asked for, onboarding notices, and support follow-ups.
  • Message frequency: typically 1–5 messages per active request, plus service messages for paying customers when needed. Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your number is added to our do-not-contact list immediately and no further messages are sent.
  • For help, reply HELP or email systems@systemsmaker.com.
  • Phone numbers and SMS opt-in records are retained only as long as needed to operate the service, document consent, or honor opt-outs.

Our SMS program is operated by SystemsMaker, a DBA of FTP Travel LLC. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Facebook Messenger

If you message our Facebook Page on Messenger (including from one of our ads) or comment on our Page's posts, Meta passes us your messages, comments, any photos or files you send, and the name and ID Facebook shares with us. We use them to reply to you (some replies are automatic), to build the free website you ask for, and to follow up inside Messenger. Photos of your work that you send may be put on your website.

Reply "stop" and we stop messaging you. Messenger is run by Meta, and Meta's privacy policy covers how Meta handles your conversations.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

Cookies, Analytics, and the Meta Pixel

We use cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

  • Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you found us. You can turn it off with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • The Meta Pixel (Facebook's ad code) records page visits and actions such as starting a free website. It helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people likely to find them useful. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under Meta's own privacy policy. You can control this in Meta's Accounts Center, under "Your activity off Meta technologies."
